4. Coordinate the content and delivery of publications and promotional items, handling outsourced printing to ensure items are delivered on time and as intended.

5. Create assets for print or digital use, designed to a high standard regarding layout, hierarchy and typography, such as social graphics, posters, flyers, booklets, etc.

6. Responsibility for the creation of all graphic content on the Union’s digital platforms and communications, such as social media and email campaigns.

7. Support with photographing and filming of key Union activities and events.

8. Shared responsibility for the Union’s website, ensuring that content is accurate and up to date, maintaining and improving its functionality, and liaising with our website provider as necessary.

2. Maintain systems to manage design requests from colleagues, including design production and printing/publishing.

2. Follow and understand the marketing plan as part of all creative output that supports the Union’s objectives.
