Exhibit at the UCA Freshers’ Fairs 2026
Meet an expected 1,400 new creative students across Epsom, Canterbury and Farnham.
Choose one campus or build a three-campus campaign across three consecutive days.
Freshers’ is when students discover the organisations that will shape their university experience—from the places they shop, eat and socialise to the technology, materials, travel and support services they use.
The University for the Creative Arts Freshers’ Fairs give organisations a face-to-face opportunity to introduce their brand, demonstrate their offer and create a measurable reason for students to engage again after the event.

Why take part?
- Reach students early. Introduce your organisation while students are forming new habits, relationships and local loyalties.
- Show, do and demonstrate. Use sampling, demonstrations, competitions or advice to make your offer memorable.
- Create measurable action. Use a dedicated offer, QR code or booking link to track engagement beyond the fair.
- Reach a distinctive audience. Connect with students developing careers across the creative industries and related disciplines.
- Choose the right scale. Attend one campus, combine selected campuses or create a joined-up three-campus presence.
Who should exhibit?
We welcome relevant organisations that can offer genuine value to students, including:
- creative technology, software, photography and art materials
- food, drink, grocery and delivery services
- travel, mobile, banking and student savings
- local retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness and accommodation
- careers, culture, volunteering, wellbeing and community services
All exhibitors are subject to suitability, safeguarding and ethical-partnership checks.
