Fitness Pilates is a training option that focuses on the body. By applying the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises Fitness Pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances.

Benefits of practicing Fitness Pilates:

The classes are taught by a qualified instructor, Silvina, from Divalatina Fitness and cost £5 per session or buy 5 classes for £20.00. Fitness Pilates and Zumba  classes can be combined with Silvina Fitness loyalty card.
