University life can get busy, so we created a space where you can slow down, stretch and breathe. At UCA Farnham Yoga Club, we hold regular sessions with a qualified instructor that are open to everyone. It does not matter if you are a complete beginner or already love yoga; you will always be welcome.
Our sessions are calm, supportive and designed to help you take a break from deadlines and stress. We want this club to feel like a safe space where you can move at your own pace, connect with others and focus on your wellbeing.
From time to time, we plan to bring something a little different to the mat, too, such as kitten yoga with a professional company. It is a fun and uplifting way to enjoy yoga while spending time with playful kittens.
Joining the Yoga Club is a chance to look after yourself, meet new people and find moments of balance in the middle of student life.
Ayesha Saifie
Ayesha is a Farnham based yoga teacher that specialises in Vinyasa Yoga and Elemental Flow, weaving creativity and intention into every class. Her teaching style invites students to explore not just the physical postures, but the deeper connection between body, breath, and self-awareness. Drawing inspiration from the elements and the rhythms of nature, Ayesha encourages movement that feels expressive, grounding, and intuitive. Expect a full body and energetic experience that leaves you feeling super relaxed.
