Canterbury Life-Drawing Society

Join us every Tuesday from 5 until 6:30 in the Kirk to enjoy drawing a model with different materials. Have fun experimenting and being creative, as well as meeting new people from the university!

About Canterbury Life-Drawing Society

Hi, we're the UCA Canterbury Life-Drawing society!

We want to welcome you to join our society every Tuesday in the Kirk lecture theatre at UCA Canterbury from 5-6:30. Come have fun and explore different ways of drawing the human form with a new model each week.

We want to create a positive, calm atmosphere where you feel comfortable exploring techniques and having fun, no experience is necessary, you can come along with your own headphones if you'd like to chill by yourself, or surround yourself with other students and staff to enjoy chatting and meeting new people :)

Materials are provided (pens, pencils, charcoal, black and white paper, ect), but feel free to bring your own too!

Side note, if you're interested in modeling for the sessions, please send us a dm on our Instagram account @ucalifedrawing :) Models receive £20 for the session, so it's great for students.

We look forward to meeting you and hope you enjoy our sessions!
