Raising money for the food bank at UCA Farnham!
Hello! We are What The Fork! and we raise money and volunteer for the food bank at UCA Farnham!
Our aim throughout the academic year is to host a series of fun events and activities across the campus in aid of Fork Yeah! and to support it day-to-day. This isn't made possible without our members however, this society is a team!
We consist of three groups; operations, fundraising, and marketing, each responsible for their respective sector of planning and preparing for the events which we hold. Operations look after the running of the food bank itself, whether it's monitoring the room for an hour or so while it's open or going shopping to restock! Fundraising are responsible for coming up with and planning fun events which raising money for Fork Yeah! while contributing to the student community on campus. The marketing team have the job of making sure everyone hears about everything that the rest of the society organises, from food bank updates to the next event being held!
