The Union Awards is our annual ceremony to celebrate all the incredible work that the UCA students and staff do! This could be fundraising for the community, leading a society or volunteering as a course rep.
Following on from the feedback you gave us regarding your end of year recognition event, we are now bringing our Union Awards to all three campuses!

FAQs
What are Union Awards?
The Union Awards is our annual ceremony to celebrate student volunteering, accomplishments, and recognise the hard work of students, staff, clubs, societies, and course reps!
Why should I nominate someone?
Nominating someone is a great way to recognise their efforts and hard work in a particular area.
How do you nominate someone?
You can nominate them through the form linked above! Make sure you read the criteria and write your submission based on said criteria. Simply putting “Jane is the best lecturer” won’t help Jane win “Lecturer of the Year”, even if she has been amazing; we need evidence. The full criteria can be found listed on the nomination form.
How long do I have to nominate someone?
You can nominate until Monday 20 April (2PM)
What happens when someone is nominated?
Submissions are reviewed and finalists are decided by a judging panel of UCASU Presidents and Union staff. There s no voting for Union Awards.
