Welcome to the ASK In-Person Form!
This form helps us keep track of face-to-face conversations about your Union’s ASK (Advice, Support, Knowledge) Service. It’s designed for Union staff, student staff, elected officers, and student volunteers (such as club and society leaders or course reps) to fill in after supporting a member.
Why do we use this form?
As part of your paid or voluntary role at the Union, you might sometimes be approached by students with questions or concerns – whether academic or non-academic. Don’t worry, you’re not expected to have all the answers! Everyone in these roles receives training on how to manage queries and signpost members to the right support.
By completing this form, you’re helping us:
- Spot trends in the kinds of questions and concerns students are raising.
- Understand how our members are being supported across the Union.
- Continuously improve the information, advice, and support we provide.
