FAQS

What is January Reunion Week, and do I have to attend all events?

Reunion Week is a week-long series of events designed to welcome new and current students to the University of the Creative Arts (UCA), and UCA Students' Union! It's your chance to meet new friends, explore campus, and get involved in student life. Don't miss out - it's the perfect start to your uni journey! You don't have to attend all the events either. You can attend the events that interest you, whether that's the Reunion Fair, our social activities, or night-time events. It's your time to discover what you enjoy.

What should I bring with me to the events?

Always bring your Student ID (or proof of enrolment email) as well as your Proof of Age ID for all night-time events.

How can I meet people if I'm nervous about socialising?

You're not alone - everyone is in the same boat! Start small by attending on-campus events or joining group activities. Look out for clubs and societies taster sessions coming up, as these are a great place to meet people in a low-pressure setting.

Can I still participate in Students' Union events if I'm living off-campus?

Absolutely! The January events are for everyone, whether you live on or off-campus. There are day-time and evening events to help you feel included, no matter where you're staying.

How do I stay updated on what's happening during the January Reunion Week?

All of our Reunion Week event tickets will be live soon, and can be purchased with confirmation of student status (e.g. enrolment letter). Follow us on Social Media to keep up with the latest news and all things UCASU!

Event Policy

  • After the first hour of the event, if you are not in the queue to enter, you no longer have guaranteed entry but will not need to pay for an additional ticket.
