Guest Policy
Signing-in Process
Guest tickets can only be purchased via our online ticketing platform at: UCASU.COM/EVENTS and must be bought before 6PM on the night of the event.
Guest tickets can only be purchased by a current UCA student, at our online ticketing platform. There are no on the door tickets for guests

Guest tickets can only be purchased online alongside a UCA student ticket
When purchasing a guest ticket via our online site, guest details must be provided during checkout where prompted.
On the night of the event, your guest must be with you when you come to the Box Office. You must bring your Student ID, otherwise you and your guest will be denied entry.
Any UCA student who does not have student ID must follow the guest signing in procedure, they will be treated as a guest

Guest Ticket Prices
Guests will be charged an additional £1 on top of the price for a ticket to a regular UCASU event.
Guests will be charged an additional £2 for specialist nights/major events including Halloween and Summer Balls.
There may be booking fees on some tickets. This will be clearly defined.
Responsibility for your Guest
If you have signed-in a guest to any UCASU event, you are responsible for them. This means that any guest infringement of the Venue Policy, Student Code of Conduct or any other UCA/UCASU-related policy could result in ejection from the event and further disciplinary procedures. .
