  • Overall reduction in expenditure throughout department to secure long-term organisational sustainability and financial resilience
  • Establishment of new contracts for catering staff at Epsom, Canterbury and Farnham to 38 weeks (from 34/35 weeks)
  • Disestablishment of agency staff where possible to reduce spending
