The Accommodation Register

There is a wide range of private rental accommodation available at each of our college locations ranging from lodgings with a landlord or family, to an annexe attached to a family home, to student houses and flats.

Accommodation Services maintains a Private Accommodation Register which contains details of all the available properties in the respective local areas belonging to registered landlords.  This Register is available both online and on paper; please contact the relevant Accommodation Office for log-in details for the online Register or to request a paper copy.  This Register contains details of accommodation available for the 2010-11 academic year.

Looking for someone to live with?

Whether you have requested to live in private accommodation or your application for halls of residence was unsuccessful, looking for private accommodation either on your own or for the first time can be daunting. As well as this, some of our accommodation providers prefer to be approached by a group of students rather than individuals. For these reasons the University have put together a list of students who are looking to share private accommodation.

This enables new and returning students to get in contact with each other and form groups to look for private accommodation. We hope this will also give you reassurance that you’re not the only person in this situation!

To view the current list of students who are looking to share private accommodation please login to the Private Accommodation Register.
For login details call the Accommodation Team on 01252 8922621

If you would like to have your details included on this list please download the form at the bottom of this page and return it to the relevant Accommodation Office.
