Upgrade your card…
Students also have the opportunity to turn their NUS extra card in to an International Student Identity Card (ISIC) for just £1.99. With the ISIC card costing £9 on it’s own, students are already making a saving and gaining access to over 40,000 discounts in over 140 countries worldwide.
The ISIC upgrade is available for all cards purchased online and has proved popular in recent years, with 1/3 of all card holders opting to upgrade.
In addition, some local upgrades are available from a number of students’ unions, adding even more value to the NUS extra card. Local upgrades currently available include entertainments passes, local discount packages and sports federation memberships.
